Moving on Up!!
Sam and I have some very exciting news... We are MOVING OUT OF THE INLAWS!!!!! We weren't planning on moving out this soon but we figured I had a great job and if we could find one in the budget and still be able to save, why not? So we started looking on Craigslist and found many homes but none that fit our taste or good location. So here is the description and when we actually have the key I'll take plenty of pictures I promise. Ok so it's a 2 story townhome, 1712 square feet, 3br/2.5 bath, garage, washer and dryer included (which is upstairs), walk-in closets for both sam and me, and a beautiful huge kitchen. It's brand new, no one has lived in it and the owner bought it when they were built in 2006. Then the market crashed so they just put it on the renters market and we got the price dropped to practically stealing the place!! I love it and can't stop dreaming about it. We get the keys on Jan 31 and move in Feb 1.

YAY YAY YAY!!!! You are going to LOVE having your own home! It sounds amazing! Where is it? And definitely post some pictures! CONGRATS!

How wonderful!!! I lived with my in-laws all of last year while TJ finished school and student taught. Currently I am with my mom till Tj finish's up his military training. I can't WAIT till July-August to come so we can get our OWN place!!! And thanks for your comment on my blog. It's nice to hear things like that. If there is anything you need at all let me know or email me. Or if you have question's with what we've been through again just let me know. It's always nice to have someone to talk to who has been thru what you have been thru.

Yay! We are so excited for you guys. I'm anxious to see pictures!!! Now when we come and visit we can stay with you! lol Thanks for the "job well done" on my progress in blogging..haha. I'm trying to get better at it. I'm still waiting for an official post on you dissing us fake Christmas tree owners..lol.
YAY that is so exciting! We live in a townhome almost identical to that description and we absolutely LOVE it! You guys will love being on your own too! Good luck with moving and I can't wait to see pictures! :)
way cool for you guys! I am totally jealous though... we could very much use 3 bedrooms, and 1712 sq feet? Holy smokes. You will have to let us know how much you got it for just so I can feel more sick about how much we paid for our 2 bed 1.5 bath. And yeah, where is it?! Hope it's in our ward...
aw congrats! that's super cool! HEY! We're gonna have a game night at the end of January at my parents house because they're going out of town and Brandon and I were house sitting!
