And the fun begins!

During my first few weeks being pregnant it was relatively easy and nice. I was starving all the time and felt like normal, just a few cramps everyday. Once we told the family my mom could not stop asking me, "are you sure you don't feel sick?" Yes mom I feel great, I probably wouldn't even know I was pregnant. I didn't have to pee frequently, food was amazing I could eat all day, boobs weren't sore, nothing. Then I had my first prenatal visit and my mom even asked the doctor, "Is it normal for her to feel perfectly fine?" Doctor said yes, in fact it's pretty common for some women to be lucky like that. I just laughed at her for being so envious of my perfect pregnancy. Then that Monday the fun began or should I say the curse that my mom has been hoping for (just kidding mom, I love you). Morning sickness has hit, I have to wake up at 3 every morning to pee. Food is my enemy and smells awful, especially when my husband bought some KFC. I am exhausted and can hardly watch a movie. All in all I am officially a definite pregnant woman.

Don't worry. It will go by quickly. Hopefully you don't become too miserable!

YEEESSS! I remember actually freakin out cause I felt so good and I thought "Maybe something is wrong cause I feel fine" but then just as you, it hit me. I never had to pee that much though, still dont have to get up in the middle of the night, except for EVERY once and awhile. I just have lower back pain now!! Fun stuff, but it is all for good reasons! That is what I remind myself when I brush my teeth and start to gag, or when someone's bad breath gets the best of me (my husband was culprit one morning! hahaha). It gets better! Just so dang excited for you guys to hear the heartbeat!

that sucks. i would try and relate to you, but that might just annoy you (i know it sometimes bothered me when people tried to relate to my pregnancy pains because i just wanted to think that I was more miserable than anyone else...hormones for ya...). I hope that it gets better soon. my sis-in-law thinks that if you are really sick then it's a girl because of all the extra "girl hormones"...maybe it's a girl...

I'm right there with you since you discovered we have the same due date! That is so random, but great that we can suffer together!

All I could eat is cereal and bread until week 20 with Elle so I'm hoping I'm more normal this time and this ends soon for both of us!
